manual over-ride for the life ring rocket

A few people have mentioned that a manual over ride or simply just a manual activation would be beneficial for certain purposes. This is something I considered form the start of the design, and personally thought was a better option for the product, but through forums and spending time talking to the rnli, harbour authorities I went with the automatic inflation option. However, by simply making a 10 second adjustment to the inside of the rocket; it becomes manually activated. This can be done by the casualty or with a retro fit add on it can be done by the thrower of the rocket.
